Nature Coast Lawn Service 352
By accepting an estimate or scheduling services with Nature Coast Lawn Service 352, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Services provided may include mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, debris removal, landscaping installation, and other related services as agreed upon in the estimate or service agreement.
2. Scheduling and Weather
Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. In the event of rain, storms, or unsafe working conditions, services may be delayed and rescheduled to the next available date.
3. Access to Property
Customers must ensure that our crew has clear and safe access to the property. This includes:
Unlocking gates if necessary
Removing obstacles such as toys, hoses, or furniture
Securing pets
We are not responsible for damage to items left in the service area.
4. Property Conditions
Customers must inform us of any hidden hazards including:
Underground utilities
Irrigation systems or sprinkler heads
Invisible fences
Loose pavers, stones, or landscape edging
We are not responsible for damage to items not properly marked or disclosed.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice or agreement. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, or electronic payment.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees and suspension of service until payment is received.
6. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection. If conditions change or additional work is required, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
7. Cancellation Policy
Customers must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule services. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service termination.
8. Damage Policy
While we take great care in performing our work, accidental damage may occur. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service so they can be reviewed and resolved.
9. Liability
Nature Coast Lawn Service 352 is not responsible for:
Pre-existing property damage
Damage caused by normal lawn maintenance such as flying debris
Damage to unmarked irrigation systems, wires, or underground items
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.
11. Agreement
